As a Certified Yoga Therapist, Mary is trained to systematically and compassionately evaluate your condition and initiate changes by working through the body, breath, and mind/body connection. Private Yoga Therapy sessions are offered with the goal of achieving “sattva” or balance and relieving pain, suffering, and discomfort.
